I am a dedicated advocate for unions and workers’ rights, firmly believing that strong unions are essential to achieving economic fairness, workplace dignity, and a balanced economy. I actively participate in rallies, public demonstrations, and legislative efforts that make it easier for workers to unionize, strengthen collective bargaining rights, and expand workers’ influence over their wages, benefits, and working conditions.

I proudly champion the fundamental right to organize across all sectors, pushing to remove barriers that prevent workers especially those in underrepresented and emerging industries like the gig economy from forming unions. I advocate for modern labor laws that reflect today’s realities, including remote and flexible work environments, ensuring all workers receive robust protections and fair treatment.

My vision also includes advancing economic policies that guarantee a living wage, quality healthcare, and secure retirement plans because when workers thrive, our economy grows stronger. I maintain close collaboration with union leaders and working families to ensure my policies reflect their real needs and challenges, driving both immediate progress and lasting change.

I will also support the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, standing firm in the belief that every worker deserves the right to organize, to earn a fair wage, and to care for their loved ones without fear of losing their job.
